博纳提供了定制的空气处理单元（AHU）。所有单元均运行在100%新鲜空气模式下，总空气流量约为每小时22万立方米。该项目还配备了总共5套三圈KVS迂回盘管能量回收系统，包括智能控制站，可以实时检测热量回收量并显著节省能源。AHU风扇被设计为冗余的值班/备用系统，以确保全天候运行。
