R&D ENGINEER
Role Responsibilities:
1. Improve production processes to save manufacturing costs;
2. Assist the company with sample updates, product innovations, and drive transformations;
3. Provide relevant technical materials to assist the company in applying for various technology projects and patents.
Who You Are:
1. Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, mechanical drawing, and other office software;
2. Specialization in mechanical design, mechatronics, and HVAC-related fields.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Role Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team for preliminary technical exchanges and proposal designs;
2. Responsible for project design, modeling, bidding, and cost calculations;
3. Conduct refined analysis of product development trends and demands based on market information;
4. Responsible for providing technical support and training for distributors;
Who You Are:
1. Specialization in energy and power engineering, building environment and energy application engineering, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, and refrigeration and cryogenic technology.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER
Role Responsibilities:
1. Review the selection design supported by technical data, responsible for the production optimization design of combined air conditioning units to meet contract requirements;
2. Create lists for purchasing, production, and materials; draw component drawings;
3. Coordinate with purchasing and production departments to solve issues in product manufacturing and improve the design standards of air conditioning units;
4. Responsible for the import and maintenance of production data in information systems;
Who You Are:
1. Specialization in mechanical design, mechatronics, and HVAC-related fields.
SALES ENGINEER
Role Responsibilities:
1. Goal-oriented, reasonably formulate sales plans to ensure sales tasks are completed;
2. Establish and maintain customer relationships, analyze customer requirements, and develop product sales plans;
3. Responsible for collecting market information and analyzing competitors, effectively carrying out market promotion work.
Who You Are:
1. Specialization in energy and power engineering, building environment and energy application engineering, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, or refrigeration and cryogenic technology;
2. Open to flexible working hours;
3. Willingness to travel frequently.
