Overview

The LEGO Vietnam factory is LEGO's sixth global production base and the second factory in Asia Pacific. It is also designed to be the first carbon-neutral factory in the world. The factory will meet the globally recognized green building certification standards during construction and will also use the most advanced energy-saving production equipment. The total investment of the project is US$1.3 billion and covers an area of ​​440,000 square meters.

Our Solution

HUBER & RANNER provided its Y-80 series of modular air handling units, which meet T1/TB1 insulation and cold bridge prevention levels. The supply AHU’s adopt inclined plate and rotor heat recovery, and the FCU/RCU units adopt high-efficiency EC fan technology, which meets the energy-saving requirements of Lego. The entire unit is free of PVC materials. The coil adopts E-COAT epoxy spraying, which is more corrosion-resistant\\\\ than traditional protection methods.
