Audi invested approximately 2.6 billion euros in the Changchun PPE project, including the establishment of a fully new production base. The new production base is planned to have an annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles. It is planned to start production of electric vehicles by the end of 2024, which will drive the electrification revolution of Audi's China product lines.
Our Solution
HUBER & RANNER was responsible for both the plant and process air handling scope in the project. The scope included the design, manufacture, delivery and after-sales service of AHU’s and KVS energy recovery systems, including heating/cooling water supply control (valve) skids, KVS control stations, and the water piping between all provided devices. The project included a total of 20 AHU’s with a total air volume of over 1.5 million m³/h, 6 sets of KVS energy recovery systems and 20 sets of heating/cooling water supply control skids including all associated control systems.
