Introduction
The AIR-BALANCE solution from HUBER & RANNER redefines the process of installing and commissioning control systems for Air Handling Units (AHUs). Traditionally, control system setup for AHUs is a time-consuming, error-prone process that significantly delays project timelines. AIR-BALANCE solves this challenge by bringing the majority of the installation scope into the factory. With pre-installed control wiring and pre-programmed control logic, the solution ensures a true plug-and-play experience at the project site. This reduces the need for extensive field wiring, point-to-point testing, and error troubleshooting.
The system is compatible with major Building Management Systems (BMS) and Facility Management Systems (FMS), supporting various communication protocols like BACnet, Profinet, and MODBUS. Furthermore, AIR-BALANCE units come equipped with color-coded cable connectors, an intuitive touchscreen interface, and Siemens PLC control technology. These features allow for simple installation, commissioning, and operation, resulting in improved project timelines, lower costs, and enhanced reliability.
