UNLEASHING TECHNOLOGY
HIGH TECH PRODUCTION
HUBER & RANNER has throughout our history been at the forefront of adopting the latest manufacturing technologies.
HUBER & RANNER has throughout our history been at the forefront of adopting the latest manufacturing technologies.

As early as the 1990’s we were one of the first manufacturers in Europe to adopt automated sheet metal processing, taking a great leap in improving product quality and manufacturing speed.
As the needs of our customers have increased over the years, we have consistently reinvented our approach to designing and manufacturing air handling units, to ensure we are offering the most advanced products in the most efficiency, safe and sustainable ways.
To continue to remain at the forefront of the industry, we know we need to continue investing in high quality production hardware. Our Phase II expansion in Taicang is testament to this – soon we will realise fully automated sheet metal processing from raw materials right through to powdercoating
SALVAGNINI SHEET METAL PROCESSING
Our facilities around the world are equipped with the latest sheet metal processing centres from Salvagnini. As a world leader in sheet metal processing, the Salvagnini equipment ensures our sheet metal components are manufactured to an extremely high precision, ensuring all of our panels, doors, filter frames and more allow for precision assembly. The result is a unit with better mechanical strength and lower leakage.
IN-HOUSE POWDERCOATING
As opposed to many manufacturers who choose to use pre-coated sheet metal in their AHUs, HUBER & RANNER insists on surface treatment after sheet metal bending, punching and laser cutting has been completed. This surface treatment is done in-house, ensuring a coverage quality in line with our strict standards. The result is a high quality protection of all AHU structural components that will resist corrosion and provide a long service life even under extremely harsh environmental conditions.
LIQUID GASKETS FOR ENHANCED SEALING
HUBER & RANNER was an early adopter of liquid gasket sealing technology. These gaskets, robotically applied in a liquid form before setting, are a closed-cell foam technology that does not allow microbial contamination and is easy to clean. Rugged and resistant, they are the ideal way to ensure low leakage and hygienic performance on all doors, frames and panels.
